Refund, Revision, and Delivery Policy

This policy applies to KINETK resume rewrites, LinkedIn profile services, cover letters, interview-prep materials, ATS analysis, audits, rush delivery, consulting, and related digital services.

If a written order, invoice, proposal, or package page gives a more specific delivery or revision term, the more specific written term controls for that order.

Standard delivery is generally 24 hours from the time KINETK receives both payment and the materials needed to complete the order. Some premium, custom, or larger-scope services may use a different delivery window, such as 48 to 72 hours, if stated on the package page or confirmed in writing.

Rush delivery applies only when purchased or confirmed in writing. Rush timing starts when payment and all required source materials have been received.

• Missing resumes, job descriptions, LinkedIn URLs, questionnaires, target roles, or source files may pause the delivery clock.
• Client changes in scope may require a revised delivery time.
• Platform outages, inaccessible files, payment issues, or delayed client replies may affect timing.

If KINETK cannot meet a promised delivery window, we will contact you with a revised delivery estimate or a clear status update. Where applicable law requires cancellation or refund options for delayed online orders, KINETK will provide those options.

If a delay prevents KINETK from delivering the purchased service within a reasonable revised time, you may request cancellation of the undelivered portion of the order.

Included revisions are limited to the purchased service scope. Revisions may cover corrections, formatting issues, missed source details, reasonable wording changes, and changes tied to the same target role or positioning lane.

When a package includes unlimited revisions for a set period, that means reasonable good-faith revisions within the original purchase scope during that period. It does not include a new resume from scratch for unrelated roles, new source materials that change the project, new package deliverables, unrelated consulting, or repeated requests that conflict with the original order.

To request a revision, email mark@kinetk.io with the delivered file, the requested change, and any supporting source detail.

If your package includes a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, KINETK will rewrite or revise the covered materials at no extra cost within 60 days of delivery when you are not satisfied with the result.

The guarantee covers service quality and fit within the purchased scope. It does not guarantee interviews, job offers, recruiter responses, compensation, employer decisions, platform behavior, or the outcome of any application process.

You may request cancellation by emailing mark@kinetk.io. If work has not started, KINETK will generally refund the order amount, less any nonrefundable third-party fees if they apply.

If work has started, a refund is not guaranteed. KINETK may offer a partial refund, credit, or revised delivery based on the work completed, the time spent, the purchased package, and applicable law.

If the completed file or deliverable has already been sent, the standard remedy is revision under the package terms or satisfaction guarantee.

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method through Stripe or the payment provider used for the order. Bank, card issuer, or payment-platform processing times may vary.

KINETK may decline refund requests involving fraud, chargeback abuse, completed custom work, misuse of files, violation of the Terms of Service, or requests outside the package terms, except where a refund is required by law.
