KINETK is operated by KINETK Global LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. In these terms, "KINETK," "we," "us," and "our" refer to KINETK Global LLC. "You" means the person using the site, submitting materials, purchasing services, or communicating with us.

KINETK provides resume rewrites, LinkedIn profile recommendations, cover letters, interview-prep materials, ATS analysis, job-description review, profile audits, and related career-positioning services. The exact service, price, delivery timing, and included revisions are the ones shown at checkout, in the written package description, or in a written agreement with KINETK.

Career materials are advisory and creative services. KINETK does not guarantee job offers, interviews, compensation, hiring outcomes, recruiter responses, applicant-tracking-system rankings, or employer decisions.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout or before work begins unless KINETK agrees in writing to different terms. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider, and their terms may also apply.

The delivery clock starts when KINETK has both payment and the materials reasonably needed to begin the order. Missing documents, unclear requests, inaccessible files, delayed replies, platform outages, or changes in scope may delay delivery.

Rush delivery applies only to the work described in the purchased rush package or written confirmation. If KINETK cannot meet a promised delivery window, we will contact you and provide a reasonable next step, including cancellation or refund options where required by law.

Refunds, cancellations, delivery timing, and included revisions are governed by the Refund, Revision, and Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

KINETK's stated satisfaction guarantee is a service guarantee. Unless we say otherwise in writing, the remedy is additional rewriting, revision, or correction within the purchased scope, not a guaranteed cash refund after work has begun or been delivered.

You are responsible for making sure the materials and instructions you provide are accurate, lawful, and yours to use. This includes work history, education, credentials, metrics, references, portfolio samples, job descriptions, LinkedIn content, and other information you submit.

KINETK may edit, restructure, rewrite, summarize, and format your materials for the service you purchased. You remain responsible for reviewing final materials before using them and for deciding what to submit to employers, recruiters, platforms, or third parties.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, passport numbers, banking credentials, medical records, protected health information, background-check documents, or other information that is not needed for the service.

KINETK may use software, automation, AI-assisted tools, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, and document tools to operate the site and deliver services. Use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. KINETK is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, payment pages, job boards, social networks, or employer systems that you choose to use.

Testimonials or examples may be published for marketing purposes, including but not limited to: our company website, social networks, marketing and promotional emails. Testimonials must reflect honest client experiences and may not be used to make false or misleading claims.

Results vary by candidate, market, role, timing, employer needs, application behavior, and other factors outside KINETK's control.

By submitting a form, purchasing a service, booking a call, or emailing us, you agree that KINETK may contact you about your request, order, delivery, revisions, billing, support, and related service updates.

Commercial emails will include the sender identity and opt-out method required by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. If KINETK offers text-message updates or marketing, text participation will be optional and consent-based, with opt-out instructions provided where required.

You may not misuse the website, forms, tools, checkout pages, files, or content. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, spam, scraping that burdens the site, unauthorized access, malware, false identity claims, illegal content, infringement, harassment, and attempts to interfere with KINETK systems or service providers.

All site content, branding, layouts, tools, copy, templates, frameworks, and service methods belong to KINETK or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may use delivered client materials for your personal career use after payment, subject to these terms.

The site and services are provided as available. KINETK gives career-positioning support, writing, review, and related materials. KINETK does not provide legal, tax, immigration, employment-law, financial, psychological, or background-check advice.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KINETK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, employer decisions, platform decisions, or third-party acts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

KINETK may update these terms as services, laws, tools, or business practices change. Continued use of the site or services after an update means the revised terms apply going forward.
